A place where all parts of you, the parts you've had to be and the parts that you want to be can be witnessed and invited to join the conversation toward greater ease in responding to life and a richer, more joyful participation with it.

My practice deeply values autonomy and choice. I view relationality as the most healing tool available to us and have crafted a sense of presence and attunement that makes space for freedom of exploration and curiosity without judgement for the full spectrum of the human experience (mind, body and spirit).

I use a variety of modalities to assist you in finding more equanimity & vitality within yourself and in the world around you. This groups aims to teach, develop and enhance literacy around symbolic, mythic, imaginal, and transpersonal dimensions of human experience. Together we explore dreams, archetypal themes, somatic symbolism, collective dynamics, spirituality, and the deeper patterns moving through therapeutic work.
