At Travelers Rest Counseling Associates, we believe that people flourish when they authentically contribute to their communities. But for many, this feels impossible because of depression, anxiety, trauma, marital strife, lack of motivation, or any number of other issues. We can help by listening, treating you with dignity, withholding judgment, and working with you to find ways to live a fulfilling life.
I have experience working with children of various ages and adults, however I specialize in working with elementary aged kids. I work on anger management, use of coping skills, emotional regulation and relationships. I have also worked with children who have experienced trauma.
I know that it can seem overwhelming to reach out for counseling especially for a child but I am here to help guide and support them.
