The things I do (or parts of me do) to avoid or control how I feel seem to make it worse. I came to this profession after spending much of my life on the other side of the desk. I know what it’s like to feel out of place, out of control, and out of options—because I’ve been there. I also recognize that every journey is unique. My role is to guide you in finding your own path forward. My practice is deeply rooted in this hard-earned wisdom.
My experience includes working with folks who faced combat, sexual assault, struggles with substance use, abuse from loved ones, and a culture that attacks their authentic selves (Queer, BIPOC, Neurodiverse, Sex Workers, and more). Whoever you are, every bit of you is welcome here.
