I help a wide range of clients: those seeking personal growth as well as those moving through depression, anxiety, betrayal, grief, career and life transitions or interpersonal tensions or conflicts. I assist individuals, couples and leaders during times of conflict or life/career transition to move with intention toward new possibilities. When a client is feeling stuck or struggling to pay attention to "what matters most", we work in a collaborative way to recognize underlying obstacles to their well-being and identify practical actions to move them forward.
I use an integral approach incorporating Mindfulness Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy and Psychosynthesis. When indicated, I support my clients with Open Focus® Attention Training, Coaching Psychology and HeartMath®. As a Professional Certified Coach, I tend to do therapy with "a coaching edge."
