Thank you for taking the first step in seeking out counseling. Many clients are having trouble navigating through a whole bunch of life and personal issues. It may include difficulties with relationships, problems on the job, unresolved issues from the past, grief and loss, mood disorders, impulse control, uncertainties about the future. I have 23 years of post- licensing experience in the counseling field. Have worked successfully with adults, teens, pre-teens from a wide variety of backgrounds. I use a practical, common sense approach to get at the root cause of issues. My therapeutic approach includes many different modalities, including strength based, REBT, reality and family systems.
I can't promise that all your problems will magically go away. But I'm very easy to talk to. Have been told I'm an empathetic, creative problem solver.
