I've learned that life can be unpredictable and no one was given a manual at birth on how to navigate challenges let alone find happiness and joy along the way. At the end of the day, we all want love and to be loved. To feel validated, heard and that we're not alone in the life. We want to learn how to live not just survive. It so easy to be discouraged, depressed, alone and lost but together we can figure these things out. You don't have to be defined by your struggles in life, you don't have to be unhappy and you don't have to settle. We will dive into negative thinking patterns and reactive behaviors and find the you in you.
I can help by cleaning up the perception of your struggles so that you have a better understanding of who you're fighting and what you are fighting for. My specialties are depression, anxiety, couples/marriage counseling, PTSD, and BPD. That does not mean I can't help in areas that may be unlisted. I offer evening and weekend availability.
Sometimes we lose who we are in the everyday struggles of life and we don't like who we're becoming. Life has a funny way of making us see our lives through lens of our scars however, that's not who we are it just what we have been through.
