I help people who feel stuck—mentally, emotionally, or physically—move forward by working directly with the brain and nervous system. Rather than traditional talk therapy, I use ILF neurofeedback to support the brain’s natural ability to regulate itself. This approach can gently reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and restore a sense of stability and clarity. My focus is on helping clients shift out of patterns that no longer serve them, so they can experience meaningful, lasting change without needing to rely solely on words.
While ILF neurofeedback includes some counseling, my focus is neurofeedback—not traditional talk therapy. I’m not accepting talk-therapy-only clients. This bottom-up approach pairs well with therapy and can help you move past plateaus when you feel stuck.
Many diagnoses are shaped by perception and context. Shift the perspective and the response can change. Pair that with ILF neurofeedback—training the brain from the bottom up—and you can move out of stuck patterns and gain new ways to experience your life.
