Hi, I'm Lawren Solge! I hold a Masters degree in Social Work from Widener University and completed undergraduate studies in Human Services at the University of Delaware. I have my LMSW and am currently working on obtaining my clinical license.
I utilize various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I prefer to work from a strengths-based approach in assisting clients to work through their unique challenges.
My goal is to provide a supportive, welcoming, safe space for individuals to gain insight and explore their emotions. I find that a collaborative therapeutic relationship helps clients identify positive coping skills and resources to live a healthy and happy life!
