I work with adults to identify and challenge internalized expectations, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with their sense of self. Therapy is designed to restore voice, increase emotional awareness, and reduce guilt tied to self-advocacy. Together, we build clarity, balance, and sustainable ways of caring for others without self-abandonment.
