I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with several years of experience in helping people rediscover themselves. I am trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR, Person Centered, and Solution Focused. As a Psychotherapist my goal is to help clients address the whole person, spiritually, health/wellness, mentally and emotionally.
