Do you want to improve relationships, emotional grounding, communication, or performance? You’re in the right place! I help individuals ages 15+ with personal goals, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, crisis, complex trauma, and ADHD. We all need to feel safe, seen, and heard while working through life’s difficulties. We start by activating your strengths, resources, and values. Then, get ready to raise your self-concept, interpersonal skills, and emotional experiences. On this journey, we find hope and joy as we practice these new skills and healthy habits.
To adapt and flow through life, we must integrate our strengths with our challenges. I offer interventions in mindfulness, somatic experiencing, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, boundaries, and interpersonal communication. My goal is to learn and walk beside you as your advocate and guide.
Experiencing and healing from complex trauma initiated me to help other people. I know what it's like to go through life's turbulence in the dark and find light with a caring and skilled psychotherapist. No one should have to walk alone.
