I offer both in‑person and telehealth psychotherapy for adults across California, Texas, and Tennessee, creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and people often come to me when life feels overwhelming or stuck.
My style is warm, direct, and down‑to‑earth. I’m not here to silently nod at you; I’m here to help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface and build changes that feel real and sustainable.
I am trained in the Gottman Method for Couples. I also specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety disorders, including OCD. Therapy with me often includes insight, practical tools, and yes, sometimes even a little humor, because being human is complicated enough.
