At Equipoise Integral Counseling I practice attachment-based trauma-informed somatic psychotherapy with teens through elders who are: neurodivergent, multicultural, with Chronic PTSD, illness, & relationship issues. I integrate Somatic, EFT, psychodynamic & Gestalt practices with body practices like Qigong & Yoga in a warm, direct way that values relationship, challenges old ways of being, & nourishes your transformation.
As a former professional dancer & movement therapist with autoimmune issues, I know how health challenges affect every dimension of life. I help people rebuild essential body-mind connections disrupted by trauma & grief so they can break free from restrictive patterns, creating lasting positive change.
