Hello, My name is Lauryn, and I am a master’s-level clinician in the field of Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with clients with a variety of backgrounds, with a passion for supporting individuals navigating anxiety/stress, as well as couples and families navigating communication issues and differences of perspective.
I am also passionate about working with clients with OCD, those struggling with self-image and self-esteem, and life stage transitions (going to college, getting married, etc.)
It is important to me that my clients feel able to be fully themselves and that our work together empowers them to carry this self-acceptance into their daily lives. I primarily operate from the therapeutic modality of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), also integrating aspects of Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I am currently accepting new clients! I offer individual, couple, family & group therapy and I’m available to meet virtually or in-person. My self-pay rates are $125 for individual sessions and $150 for couple/family sessions, though I do accept most insurance plans! Reach out to learn more!
