I believe that the greatest gift I can offer as a therapist is to hold a safe space for clients to explore any and all of their feelings, beliefs, and ideas without judgement. I am passionate about connecting with clients through an integrative and holistic approach that equally values their thoughts, emotions, spirituality, bodies, cultures, identities, and diverse experiences. In addressing these various parts of individuals I aspire to help them validate and explore their experiences as opportunities for growth and healing.
I seek to be both trauma and grief-informed, working to validate individual's experiences while exploring the efficacy of their resulting emotions and behaviors. By providing an opportunity to acknowledge, address, and honor their sense of loss, whether recent or historical, their accompanying symptoms are impacted as well.
I love working with individuals and partners in seasons of transition and identity development. I enjoy joining clients as they process and deconstruct their faith practices, upbringings, reactions, and relationships. I am always learning and honored by the opportunity to collaborate with clients in finding creative solutions to their unique circumstances.
