My therapeutic approach is to assist clients in addressing their internal and interpersonal goals, boundaries, needs, and expectations by breaking cycles that do not work for them. Addressing attachment, inner-child, and internal wounds and experiences from throughout a client’s life to assist in addressing complex emotions in an autonomous and empowered manner. As a therapist, I have found trauma-informed approaches helpful with clients to assist them in managing emotion and nervous system regulation. I am well-versed in LGBQIA, trauma-related, and neurodiversity-affirming practices.
