Current in person and virtual openings! My name is Laurin and I have experience working with children (7+), teens, and adults. When working with children, I believe working side by side with caregivers is essential to effective treatment and require active participation from caregivers in their child's goals. I am a licensed professional counselor and am a registered Art therapist in the state of Wisconsin. I have experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, life changes, etc.

I offer water and tea, but you are welcome to bring a snack or your own beverage! My space has a weighted blanket, fidgets, and other comfort items!

When working with clients, I find it extremely important to develop a strong therapeutic relationship and create a feeling of open and judgement free dialogue with my clients. I work to incorporate a number of approaches from CBT, strengths based, solutions, focused, and so on to meet my clients where they are at.

I believe it is important to empower clients to feel in control of their therapy experience and for me as the therapist to walk alongside clients in their journey, rather than lead. I offer both in person and virtual appointments. At this time, I only offer virtual appointments for individuals aged 16 and up.
