After 20 plus years working in mental health (KS/MO) -I've developed a unique process that helps individuals learn to strengthen self trust, build confidence, and truly enjoy life again. Life will continue to throw curveballs, but it's not necessary to live in constant fear or be derailed every time we are faced with our "stuff". Life is short and super busy. I pride myself in valuing your time. My take on time management is one where people walk away with clarity of how to stop the mental spinning and be more productive and decisive than they've ever been. I have a lighthearted but solution focused approach where we get to work and focus on getting you results quickly.
