My practice is geared toward supporting individuals navigating emotional challenges, physical health concerns, or some complex interplay of the two.
I work well with individuals who would like to: process the past; better understand the self, patterns, and/or relational dynamics; develop a coping skill "toolbox"; improve their relationship with body, food, and movement; alleviate chronic health challenges, such as insomnia and chronic pain; process and work through major life changes and transitions; identify and address sources of pain and suffering.
I provide evidence-based, client-centered, holistic, and compassionate therapy. As a clinical and health psychologist, I have specialized training in anxiety disorders, intuitive eating, binge and emotional eating, and emotion regulation (e.g., stress, anger). I also co-lead a 12-week virtual Intuitive Eating Series alongside a registered dietitian.
If you are interested in individual therapy or you would like to sign up for the virtual Intuitive Eating Series, please call or message me.
