LifeForce Yoga from the Chair
LifeForce Yoga ( LFY) is intentionally designed to work with and manage the mood by yoga teacher, Amy Weintraub, MFA, E RYT-500. The LFY practices support students in self regulation and many of the yoga techniques can be done from a chair, in bed and do not require a yoga mat. LifeForce Yoga interweaves the power of ancient discipline with current scientific findings to help you release what's no longer serving you- without the story attached! The fundamental belief is that all we need is already in us. We clear obstructions through voice, breath and movement.
