After 25 years as a therapist, along with my own life experiences, I’ve learned one thing for certain - we are all faced with pain and challenges that can lead to growth and change. I believe humans have an innate desire to grow and flourish with challenges, but this desire gets buried for numerous reasons. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, eating issues, psychedelic integration, aging, grief/loss, life transitions, young adults & LCSW licensure supervision. I rely on a variety of modalities including: Trauma informed, IFS, ego states, sensorimotor, AEDP, ACT, mindfulness, psychodynamic and attachment theory,
