You’ve been carrying so much, for so long! Anxiety, relationship struggles, self-doubt, the feeling that no matter what you do, it’s never quite enough. Together we gently heal the attachment wounds and survival patterns you carry so you feel more whole, connected & at peace in your current life & relationships.
