In addition to traditional therapy, I am also a Certified Animal Assisted Therapy Professional. In the future, I hope to incorporate Animal Assisted Psychotherapy (AAP) into my practice. AAP blends the comfort of animal companionship with goal-oriented therapy, helping with emotional regulation, motivation, and overall well-being.
My dog, Zalea, and my two cats may occasionally join telehealth sessions, offering a calming presence.
