Whether you’re struggling with the lingering effects of emotional pain or seeking to overcome negative patterns that have held you back for years, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I utilize cutting-edge therapeutic modalities such as Somatic Experiencing and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), both of which are highly effective in addressing trauma and emotional pain.
