Welcome. I specialize in helping individuals heal from complex trauma, PTSD, and addiction, with particular expertise in working with military service members, veterans, and first responders, including law enforcement, firefighters, and EMS personnel. I bring over 20 years of experience in the medical, legal, and law enforcement fields. Since becoming a licensed therapist in 2018, I have specialized in helping individuals heal from trauma and addiction, with a unique understanding of the cultures, demands, and challenges faced by military members, veterans, and first responders.
My counseling approach is grounded in Carl Rogers’ person-centered theory, emphasizing authenticity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard.
