Prior to opening my practice, I worked in community mental health in Colorado for over a decade. I take a trauma-informed, whole person approach to therapy.

I offer virtual/online sessions throughout the state of Colorado to increase access for people who are juggling busy schedules or live in remote areas. To keep things affordable, I accept insurance.
