Life can be very difficult for a multitude of reasons. Sometimes these struggles can feel overwhelming, leaving us confused and hopeless.
Most of us can relate to feelings of uncertainty and hopelessness. In fact, it was my own experience in counseling that compelled me to become a therapist. In addition to my education, I have a lot of life experience that helps me come from a place of empathy and acceptance.
