Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona, with a Master's degree in clinical health counseling. I have been practicing since 2020 in both agency and private practice settings. Each method I use in therapy is grief and trauma-informed, and sessions are designed to meet the specific needs and strengths of my clients. I have experience working with individuals to help them successfully use strategies that allow them to reconnect with themselves and regain their foothold in life.
Our first session will be designed to help you feel comfortable with me and with therapy by answering any questions or concerns you may have. I will also gather information from you that will help me understand how you think, communicate, and what you desire to gain from our time together so we can design a plan for future sessions.
I have a variety of both personal and professional experiences that help me to be an empathetic listener and to hear the story behind the story that you share. I am able to help you explore and clarify what will help you move from where you are to where you want to be.
