I have been a therapist since 2001, and I truly love what I do. My hope for you is that you will find a safe and comfortable environment in my office, where you are able to speak your mind, face your fears, and achieve your personal goals. I really love working with the LGBTQIA+ community, college students with anxiety and depression, and women who are struggling with feeling lost in relationships or in life choices. We only have this one life, lets figure out what is not working for you and how to get you where you want to be. I have availability for both virtual and office sessions.
I have experience working with many issues, including job stress, depression, anxiety, issues related to infertility, grief and loss, sand tray therapy, personal growth, and many others. I also provide supervision for LPC interns who are gaining their hours toward their license.
