We have many avenues for healing. Our brains can be rewired, and all our systems balanced through daily practices that promote improved well-being. My practices are evidence-based: EMDR, CBT, ACT, IFS, Mindfulness, Somatic practices and more; working with individuals and couples, ages 21 and older; including military, first responders and their partners.
