I love to work with families, youth, and parents who might be needing a new set of eyes on their situation. I can be a non-judgmental outside party to provide a professional observation of the problems and conflicts you may be having in your family system. Next, I will provide positive and healthy ideas to help improve and strengthen your relationships. I have worked with a variety of teen mental health challenges from self harm and suicidal thoughts, to perfectionism and social anxiety. I am available for individual, family and couples therapy.
I have worked with youth and families since 1992 and have a variety of work experiences from being a recreational therapist, couples therapist, family therapist and most often a therapist for youth. I have experience working with family problems as well as individual problems and link these problems back to systems and attachment issues.
