Our Dual Diagnosis support groups are for anyone with a mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis. A support group can be effective as a standalone treatment or paired with individual therapy. For some, adding a weekly support group as part of their treatment plan can increase positive outcomes in therapy. In other words, you will feel better faster!
