About
A sense of wellbeing is the outcome of psychotherapy. This is a journey that we take together. There is no magic way to reach wellbeing. Your wellbeing will be reached through the act of self reflection , establishing appropriate interpersonal boundaries, exploring and resolving grief from loss, increasing effective communication skills, learning problem resolution tools, creating realistic expectations of one's self and others, creating self preservation activities and resolving prior hurts that negatively affect your present life. All of these therapeutic gains are within the reach of the client in my psychotherapy office.
I work with people struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar illness, grief and trauma. I also work with people who are simply coping with a life transition that might feel overwhelming.
