Therapy & my multiple offerings allows clients the opportunity to discover their limiting thoughts, patterns & beliefs in order to recognize, awaken & cultivate unconditional confidence to allow for a stronger & gentler sense of self & the ability to make calm & relaxed choices.
I integrate modalities of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction,CBT,Meditation,Yoga Principles&Practices,Reiki & Essential Oils.We will work together to establish your goals of body, mind & soul health & well-being to foster & develop unlimited potential, enhancement of attention,physiological regulation,alter brains stress response & heighten overall calmness.
Our time together will allow clients to understand how they came to“believe what they believe to be true.” Most of the time it’s thoughts,stories & limiting beliefs from past that block us..With education,practices&tools we’ll reorganize old toxic beliefs & patterns in order to recognize strengths,your truest self,unlimited possibilities& infinite potentials
