I am a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience in Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Family Psychotherapy, Parent Consultation, Couples Therapy, and Special Education and 504 Plan Consultation.
My work assists individuals struggling with parent-child issues, parental stress, school difficulties, vocational challenges, relationship & interpersonal issues, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, overall stress management, disruptive disorders, developmental disorders and challenges adjusting to life transitions.
When I work with a child or adolescent, parent involvement is essential. I often work with children in individual psychotherapy, but treatment plans always include either family therapy, parent consultation, co-parenting support, and/or child-centered couples therapy.
