Dr. Greenberg-Cardillo is the former Director of the HIV Mental Health Program at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. She is also a Certified Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy therapist.
AEDP includes a focus on attachment, emotion, neuroscience, and transformance. My work is guided by an experiential and gentle approach that combines elements of relational, psychodynamic and parts psychology models with a focus on establishing mindfulness to support increased self-awareness and individual growth. The goal is transformation.
