When I meet you, I will commend you for your courage to come to counseling and we will discuss what brings you to counseling. Then we will make what I call a counseling GPS. This is a plan of how to get from where you are to where you want to be (through counseling).

You can feel safe to be yourself and to feel accepted. There is hope, you can feel better, and you don't have to walk through this alone.

If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.
