I have over 30+ years as a therapist, specializing in treating anxiety and depression, traumas, chronic conditions, helping people reach their full potential. I utilize various modalities according to the needs of the person since everyone is special in their own way. I provide compassionate, affordable assistance for individuals.
I am Certified in Clinical Hypnosis and trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) as well as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Psychodynamic approaches, Mindfulness Based modalities and Relaxation techniques.
