I am trained in the most effective therapeutic approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing and the NeuroAffective Relational Model and attachment repair. These modalities have strong evidence based research to support their efficacy in treating the root cause rather than the symptoms.
