I am an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) consultant and utilize this strategy with applicable individuals. IClients who are struggling with addiction, depression or anxiety, have experienced a recent loss, are recovering from a traumatic experience, or are struggling with a relationship issue are ideal clients for me. I have 13 years of Executive Management experience and was an All-American distance runner so Executives and Athletes with performance issues are also ideal clients for me. My work with this population includes EMDR, solution-focused, and strategic interventions.

Groups
Women in Relationships
This group is for women seeking to strengthen and maintain healthy relationships with their significant others. Clear boundaries, positive communication strategies, and love languages will be reviewed and discussed. Participants will be asked to actively participate in group discussions where members will provide feed-back to each other. The group will take place once per week for 75 minutes over the course of 12 weeks. The group is limited to 6 individuals and all members should be engaged in individual therapy with another therapist.
