My practice focuses on the treatment of Dissociative Disorders, complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, recovery from childhood abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, grief and loss, relationship issues, divorce recovery, and spiritual growth and concerns.
I approach psychotherapy from a holistic perspective, understanding that mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health is intimately intertwined. My theoretical focus combines an insight-oriented and relational approach. However, each person is unique with differing needs and goals, so I tailor my approach to meet the needs of the individual.
