Weekly online therapeutic group to support people in the helping professionals who are recovering from or trying to prevent burnout. Join a safe group of peers who can help validate your concerns and walk with you towards a more balanced and nurturing personal life. Group days and times to be determined based upon interest. This group will meet virtually three times per month with supplemental text and video support between meetings.
