Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and finding the right fit matters. Therapy begins with building a genuine, therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, knowing you’ll be met with curiosity as we work together towards meaningful change.
I believe in the resiliency of the human spirit. Even after experiences that leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, I believe people have an incredible capacity to heal and grow. While I work with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, etc, a primary focus of my practice is working with trauma. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapy that helps clients process difficult experiences so they no longer define the present.
I also integrate numerous other evidence-based approaches, tailoring therapy to your unique experiences, goals, and values.
