I have over 30 years of experience working with people from all walks of life. I’ve learned that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, loss, relationship struggles, addiction, or just feeling overwhelmed with life, therapy with me is about creating a safe space where you can breathe, be real, and begin to heal. My roots are in Hawaiʻi, and while I now live in Las Vegas, I carry with me the values of ʻohana (family), aloha (compassion), and mālama (care). I believe we all carry deep wisdom inside us—even when life feels confusing or painful—and my role is to help you reconnect with that inner strength.
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and substance use. You might be holding it all together on the outside, but inside, you're overwhelmed. Maybe your mind won’t stop racing at night, or sadness won’t lift no matter how hard you try. Maybe you’re relying on substances, I want you to know: you’re not broken.
I keep things simple and real in therapy. I don’t use a lot of clinical jargon—I talk to you like a human being, not a textbook. My goal is to make sure you feel safe, seen, and understood. I know it can be hard to open up, especially when you’re carrying a lot.
