I have been a licensed mental health counselor since 2004. My experience includes helping children, families, couples and individuals from all types of backgrounds. I have helped people work through difficult situations that are preventing them to obtain joy in their life. There are many types of prisons - addictions, depression, anxiety, self-hatred, abusive relationships - I would love to help you in your journey to set yourself free of would could be a life sentence of emotional pain and suffering.
I mostly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Therapy. I provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) to help heal from trauma and experiences. Additionally, I have been trained in techniques that are proven to help couples enhance and save their marriages.

I am careful to always respect where you are in your personal struggles and be along your side to work through them and move toward victory. My door is open to people of all ages and issues including Bipolar Disorder, OCD, ADHD and adjusting to change.
