Within my experience, whether it is individual or couples therapy I am confident to provide a superior level of care and treatment to a wide range of mental health issues. When working with individuals and couples, the focus is geared towards establishing a positive dynamic along with healthy communication. I specialize in LGBTQ+, Anxiety, Trauma and Life transitions. I primarily use CBT and maintain a rational and humanistic approach towards treatment.
