Major life transitions (college, divorce) and BFRBs (trichotillomania, skin picking) are passions of mine. Mindfulness can be beneficial to many people and I can introduce you to that as well.
I understand & appreciate that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Some want short-term help to cope with stressful/challenging events. Others prefer longer-term therapy that explores issues more deeply, leading to self-discovery.
