As a psychotherapist in practice for over ten years, I am guided by the belief that, at our core, we each want to be known, understood and respected by others. I strive to help clients build new insights and perspectives about their lives and to restore their connections to their true selves.
I have an integrative therapy practice. I draw from relational, psychodynamic, EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches and am guided by an understanding that early pivotal relationships and experiences shape our narrative about ourselves. I specialize in helping clients work through trauma(s)/betrayal and the lingering impact those experiences create.
