I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who is passionate about helping guide my clients through their personal journey towards healing and growth, and ultimately to find their own happiness and inner peace.
I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and trauma. I have several years of experience working with substance use disorders, and with women treating co-occurring disorders. I am very passionate about working with women on issues such as self-esteem, infertility, miscarriage, and postpartum depression.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and start the therapeutic relationship. It will take time for you to feel comfortable opening up to someone and that is okay. You will share what you want when you want and at your own pace.
