Everyone has been through a great deal of unprecedented change over the past years, especially children, teens, and young adults entering a world that is rapidly evolving. This may leave us experiencing feelings of anxiety or anger, difficulty regulating emotions, and struggling with transitions in life. I want to help you alleviate the anxiety of the unknown and find healing as you move forward into a self-defined life of meaning.
I am currently an LPC-A at Challenging Minds LLC, working primarily with young adults, adolescents, and children. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to work with individuals to better understand how our thoughts drive physical and emotional reactions; focusing on restructuring negative thoughts to develop healthier coping and behavioral responses.
